Marquez Brothers Secures 11 Wins at 2026 World Dairy Expo
With a near-perfect composite score of 99.70, Marquez Brothers International claimed top honors for its El Mexicano drinkable yogurts at the 2026 World Dairy Expo Championship. The family-owned firm took home 11 awards total, highlighting a portfolio that spans traditional Latin American cheeses and modern fruit-forward dairy beverages.

This recognition arrives during the company’s 45th anniversary year. CEO Gustavo Márquez Jr. attributed the success to long-standing quality standards that have guided the firm since its 1981 founding in San Jose. In addition to the yogurt accolades, Marquez Brothers received multiple prizes for its traditional cheese lineup, including industry recognition for its Requesón, Queso Panela, Queso Fresco Cremoso, and Queso Cotija products.
