Jeff Crabtree Named Bank of America President for Sarasota/Manatee
After fifteen years within the firm, Jeff Crabtree is stepping into the role of president for Bank of America’s Sarasota and Manatee market. He takes the helm from Stephenie Whitfield, who has moved to a new position in Georgia, as the bank seeks to bolster its regional market share and local presence.

The Sarasota/Manatee division currently operates 31 locations, employing over 400 staff members. Financial commitment to the region remains high, with $143 million in small-business loans and $246 million in commercial loans extended during the second quarter of 2026 alone. Beyond banking operations, the local team has dedicated more than 42,000 volunteer hours to community initiatives since 2020, supported by $3.4 million in philanthropic funding.
