With a 330-pound weight capacity and 12-level automatic incline, the MERACH UltraWalk W60 Plus is positioning itself as a durable solution for home-based movement. The company recently confirmed the walking pad passed SGS testing, validating performance specifications for noise control and mechanical reliability under various load conditions.

The W60 Plus centers on a 3.5 HP peak brushless motor capable of speeds up to 4.0 MPH. According to SGS-verified data, the unit maintains noise levels below 54 dB at medium speeds with a 75 kg load, allowing for use in shared workspaces or living areas. Its design features a non-slip 420 by 1050 mm deck and transport wheels, with a vertical storage option intended to reduce floor space occupancy by 80 percent.

Professional athlete Annie Kunz, who has integrated the device into her own home, highlighted the importance of spontaneous movement. By bypassing the need for dedicated training blocks, the equipment allows for short, frequent sessions throughout the workday. Users can manage metrics like speed, incline, and calorie burn via an integrated LED display, the MERACH app, or a remote control. Co-founder Xue emphasized that the hardware is built to remain relevant as personal exercise routines shift, moving away from high-intensity focus toward consistent, daily activity.
