Data Center Accelerator Market Projected to Hit $605 Billion by 2035

The global data center accelerator market is set to swell from $169.77 billion in 2025 to $605.42 billion by 2035, fueled by a relentless surge in AI compute requirements. As hyperscalers pivot toward integrated infrastructure, the industry is shifting away from standalone cards toward comprehensive, rack-scale system deployments.

Data Center Accelerator Market Projected to Hit $605 Billion by 2035

Capital expenditure across the sector is approaching $750 billion, driving an unprecedented build cycle for AI-ready infrastructure. According to a report by DC Market Insights, rack-scale systems are expected to capture 61.8% of the total market value within the next decade. Buyers are increasingly prioritizing unified performance envelopes that bundle networking, cooling, and compute power, moving away from evaluating individual chips in isolation.

North America remains the dominant force, accounting for 59.4% of the market in 2025, supported by a dense concentration of hyperscalers and neocloud providers. While NVIDIA continues to lead in large-scale AI training, the competition for inference workloads is intensifying. The demand for cost-effective throughput is creating new openings for custom AI ASICs and specialized architectures. This diversification is further accelerated by geopolitical constraints and export controls, which are reshaping supply chains and product strategies for major players like AMD, Broadcom, and Google.
