Pomdoctor Faces Nasdaq Delisting After Failing Bid Price Threshold

The Guangzhou-based digital healthcare firm Pomdoctor Limited faces immediate delisting from the Nasdaq Global Market after its American depositary shares closed below the $1.00 minimum bid price for 30 consecutive business days. The company is now ineligible for a standard compliance extension due to a previous reverse stock split.

Pomdoctor Faces Nasdaq Delisting After Failing Bid Price Threshold

The Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Department issued a determination letter on October 6, 2026, citing a violation of Listing Rule 5450(a)(1). Because Pomdoctor executed a 1-for-18 reverse stock split on June 22, 2026, the company is barred from the usual 180-day grace period typically granted to firms struggling with low share prices. Without intervention, trading of the company’s securities is scheduled to be suspended on October 15, 2026.

Management plans to challenge this decision by requesting a hearing before a Nasdaq Hearings Panel by the October 13 deadline. Filing this request will stay the delisting process, allowing the company’s shares to continue trading while the appeal is pending. The firm intends to present a recovery plan to the panel, though there is no guarantee that the request for an extension will be granted or that the company will ultimately satisfy Nasdaq’s continued listing requirements.
