The company announced the transition on Friday, confirming that Iles will exit his current role at the end of the month. Iles, who joined the firm as finance chief in 2019, earned a total compensation package of $1.7 million in 2025.

To bridge the gap, the board of directors has tapped Chief Operating Officer James Burke to serve as interim finance chief. Burke will assume these additional responsibilities on October 30 while retaining his current seat on the board. He is expected to hold the position until the company completes its search for a permanent successor.
