The community will offer six distinct floorplans split across two collections, The Grove and The Pines. Ranging from 1,400 to 2,700 square feet, these homes feature two to four bedrooms and integrated smart-home technology. Buyers can customize interiors through the company's design studio, tailoring the layouts to include flexible second-floor options and varying bathroom configurations.
Beyond individual home design, the developer is prioritizing shared infrastructure. A 3,200-square-foot amenity center, which includes a swimming pool, fitness center, and recreation space, is scheduled for completion in 2028. According to James Flanagan, VP of Community Experience, the project aims to balance regional connectivity with internal neighborhood utility, noting the site's proximity to Highway 401, Capital Boulevard, and the Horseshoe Farm Nature Preserve.
