The collaboration leverages Revenant’s established network of Ukrainian innovators alongside PDW’s engineering and manufacturing infrastructure, anchored by its 90,000-square-foot Drone Factory 01 in Huntsville, Alabama. Rather than developing every solution internally, PDW focuses on identifying superior global technology, adapting it to U.S. standards, and establishing the supply chain necessary to field it at scale.

PDW and Revenant Partner to Bring Ukrainian Defense Tech to U.S. Lines
A new memorandum of understanding between Performance Drone Works and Revenant Technologies aims to bridge the gap between Ukrainian battlefield innovation and American industrial scale. By integrating battle-proven systems into U.S. manufacturing pipelines, the partners seek to accelerate the deployment of advanced aerial, electronic warfare, and counter-UAS technologies for allied forces.

Revenant CEO Brendan Reilly noted that the partnership serves as a conduit for delivering Ukrainian-tested methodologies through American production lines. These efforts support the company’s ARENA training environment, where U.S. warfighters encounter the same uncrewed systems and tactical approaches they may face from a thinking adversary. For PDW, the agreement formalizes a strategy to convert foreign defense breakthroughs into sustainable, mission-ready components for American defense and government customers. While the current agreement provides a non-binding framework for evaluation, both firms plan to discuss specific integration pathways and their broader industrial strategy during the AUSA 2026 conference in Washington, D.C.
