Fractyl Health Faces Class Action Over Revita Clinical Data

Investors who purchased Fractyl Health, Inc. stock between January 13, 2025, and January 29, 2026, face a critical October 20, 2026, deadline to seek lead plaintiff status. The class action litigation follows a sharp 68% share price collapse sparked by disappointing efficacy data from the company’s Revita DMR System trials.

Fractyl Health Faces Class Action Over Revita Clinical Data

The lawsuit, filed by Robbins LLP, claims Fractyl misled shareholders regarding the effectiveness of its Revita DMR System—a procedural therapy designed to treat type 2 diabetes and obesity. Plaintiffs allege that the company failed to disclose operational issues at clinical sites that compromised the integrity of the REMAIN-1 Midpoint Cohort results, leading to an overstatement of the therapy's commercial potential.

On January 29, 2026, the company revealed that patients treated with Revita experienced a 4.5% weight regain, a result that fell short of investor expectations. During an investor call that same day, CEO Harith Rajagopalan attributed the poor performance to study site irregularities. The market reaction was swift: the stock plummeted by 68.03% to close at $0.585. Following a subsequent downgrade by Morgan Stanley, the share price dropped another 21.7% the following day. Investors interested in the litigation can contact Robbins LLP, which operates on a contingency fee basis, before the upcoming court-mandated deadline.
