Green Street Integrates Real-Time News into AI Model Context Protocol

Green Street has expanded its Model Context Protocol (MCP) server, allowing users of platforms like Claude and ChatGPT to pull real-time commercial real estate news directly into their AI workflows. The update bridges the gap between raw market data and the breaking developments that drive investment trends.

Green Street Integrates Real-Time News into AI Model Context Protocol

The Newport Beach-based firm is embedding its global news feed into the MCP architecture, enabling natural-language queries that synthesize research, company data, and market forecasts with current events. By combining these datasets, users can transition from specific market figures to the underlying transaction stories without switching between applications.

Alongside the news integration, Green Street introduced packaged workflows such as "Ask Green Street Concierge" and "Get Green Street Digest." These tools provide standardized, shareable outputs intended to streamline how institutional teams utilize intelligence. Chief Product Officer Richard Neale noted that pairing data with narrative context allows for more complete analysis, a capability now available to existing MCP clients. The company plans to grow this library of workflows as part of its ongoing effort to integrate proprietary real estate analytics into generative AI environments.
