The awards, which highlight individuals driving lasting impacts within the multifamily industry, will be formally celebrated at GlobeSt’s annual Multifamily Fall conference in San Diego on October 21-22. Bradford, who founded the company in 2017, developed the platform to help operators implement consistent pet policies while generating new revenue streams. The software now manages millions of units nationwide.

Victoria Cowart brings over 35 years of industry experience to her role, where she focuses on complex topics such as Fair Housing compliance, assistance animal regulations, and mental health advocacy. Her work includes facilitating the National Council for Mental Wellbeing’s curriculum for industry professionals. Joining the team in 2025, Lori Trainer leverages her three decades of experience on the owner-manager side of the business. By applying an operator’s perspective, she helps clients navigate the daily challenges of property management, ensuring the platform functions as a supportive partner rather than just a software tool.
