Transportation Insight Debuts AI Platform for Supply Chain Decisions

The platform functions as an intelligence layer that continuously monitors market trends, spend data, and performance metrics to flag emerging risks. Unlike traditional dashboards that require manual interpretation, TI Infinity allows users to query their supply chain data in plain language. This enables shippers to model alternative scenarios and evaluate how specific logistics choices impact margins and overall profitability in real-time.

Founder and Chairman Paul Thompson stated that the goal is to connect transportation-specific data to larger enterprise outcomes. With the company currently managing $14.4 billion in total client spend and auditing over 2.8 billion shipments annually, the platform leverages a massive historical data set to generate its recommendations. Jared Wilson, President of Managed Transportation, emphasized that the system is designed to shorten the distance between raw data and measurable business impact by proactively identifying the next best course of action for shippers.
