The centerpiece of this expansion is the Foundation wireless intraoral scanner, which runs on the newly developed ScanOS. This software layer integrates scanning directly into the SprintRay cloud dashboard, allowing practitioners to move from digital capture to production without manual file exports. SprintRay CEO Amir Mansouri noted that while the company previously relied on external systems, the new native integration is designed to mirror the actual pace of chairside dentistry.
To complement the software, SprintRay launched the Nano Series, a compact ecosystem comprising the NanoPrint, NanoWash, and NanoCure units. Designed for practices where counter space is at a premium, the system handles the entire print-to-cure process in under 30 inches of space. Data from 20 million previously printed dental parts informed the series' design, specifically targeting the 80 percent of chairside jobs that involve single-patient, single-case workflows. Shipments for the Nano Series are scheduled to begin in November 2026 across major international markets, including the United States, Canada, and the European Union.
