Endure Critical Solutions Acquires Precise Power’s Service Division
To bolster its footprint in the Southeast, Madison-based Endure Critical Solutions has acquired the UPS service division of Precise Power. The deal integrates Precise Power’s regional support teams into Endure’s broader North American platform, aiming to scale maintenance capabilities for data centers and healthcare facilities while maintaining existing client relationships.
For existing Precise Power clients, the transition is designed to be seamless. The company confirmed that current service contracts, account representatives, and on-site technicians remain unchanged. Clients will now gain access to Endure’s expanded resources, including advanced predictive maintenance reporting and nationwide emergency response, while retaining the vendor-neutral approach that defines both firms. Endure CEO Mike Bergum noted that the integration of Precise Power’s technical experience is central to the company’s strategy of providing a single, accountable partner for the full lifecycle of mission-critical power systems.
