Monogoto Wins Gold for Software-Defined Connectivity Innovation

Palo Alto-based Monogoto has secured a Gold Winner designation in the 2026 Merit Awards for Technology, specifically within the Software-Defined Networking and SD-WAN category. This accolade marks the company’s second major industry recognition this year, following a previous award for its advancements in AI-driven telecommunications and wireless operations.

Monogoto Wins Gold for Software-Defined Connectivity Innovation

The company’s Software-Defined Connectivity Cloud platform enables enterprises to unify public cellular, private LTE/5G, and satellite networks under a single management layer. By shifting control away from rigid, carrier-specific infrastructure, the technology allows businesses to manage device fleets, security protocols, and network policies remotely without physical intervention.

Maor Efrati, co-founder and CTO of Monogoto, noted that while traditional enterprise networking has long relied on software-defined management, IoT devices have historically remained tethered to restrictive carrier configurations. The platform aims to eliminate this bottleneck by providing an API-first environment where global connectivity can be provisioned and scaled with the same flexibility as modern software applications.

Marie Zander, Executive Director of the Merit Awards, emphasized that this year’s winners were selected based on verifiable deployment data and tangible operational results. Monogoto currently supports applications across sectors including manufacturing, smart utilities, and global logistics, maintaining a presence in over 200 countries through its zero-trust architecture.
