Pragmatic Institute Adds AI and Practitioner-Led Workshops

Product managers and marketers in Phoenix now have access to a new series of hands-on sessions designed to bridge the gap between emerging technology and daily workflow. Pragmatic Institute launched five AI-focused workshops and a guest-led pop-up series, allowing professionals to solve real-world product challenges in real time.

Pragmatic Institute Adds AI and Practitioner-Led Workshops

The curriculum addresses the practical integration of artificial intelligence into core product activities, including discovery, competitive analysis, and pricing strategies. Rather than focusing on theoretical concepts, these two-hour sessions require participants to bring their own product data. Attendees refine requirements, build buyer personas, or develop validation plans, leaving the workshop with tangible outputs ready for immediate implementation.

CEO Danielle Chircop emphasized that the ease of building products via AI necessitates a sharper focus on strategic decision-making. By remaining tool-agnostic, the institute ensures that professionals can apply these methods using their existing AI assistants. Complementing the technical sessions, the new Pop-Up Workshops invite guest practitioners to share firsthand experience on current market trends, such as the shift toward data-driven product development.
