Moderne Ventures Welcomes Seven Startups to Passport Immersion Program
Seven emerging technology firms have been selected for the Fall 2026 Moderne Passport cohort, an intensive six-month immersion program designed to bridge the gap between breakthrough innovation and legacy industry sectors. The program connects founders with a proprietary network of over 1,500 executives to accelerate customer acquisition and market scaling.
Constance Freedman, founder and managing partner of Moderne Ventures, noted that the firm prioritizes products capable of scaling across multiple markets rather than remaining siloed within a single industry. This group marks the 28th cohort for the Chicago-based venture capital firm, which manages over $600 million in assets. Since its inception, the Passport program has supported more than 170 companies by facilitating direct access to key decision-makers and real-time operational insights. Managing Director Carolyn Kwon emphasized that the program’s primary function is to help founders navigate market challenges and secure customers with greater confidence.
