Better Home & Finance Faces Securities Class Action Over Growth Targets

Investors who purchased Better Home & Finance Holding Company shares between March 13 and May 7, 2026, are being urged to join a class action lawsuit. The litigation alleges the firm misled shareholders regarding its ability to reach a $1 billion monthly funded volume amid softening macroeconomic conditions.

Better Home & Finance Faces Securities Class Action Over Growth Targets

The complaint filed against Better Home & Finance, traded on the NASDAQ under the ticker BETR, centers on claims that the company violated the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. According to the court filing, Better’s public declarations during the class period were materially misleading, specifically regarding the company's trajectory toward its aggressive $1 billion monthly funded volume goal. Plaintiffs argue that a business slowdown, fueled by broader economic pressures, made these targets unattainable.

The DJS Law Group is currently organizing the litigation and scouting for potential lead plaintiffs. Shareholders who suffered financial losses during the specified period have until November 20, 2026, to take action. Participation in the lawsuit does not mandate an appointment as a lead plaintiff, though those interested in the recovery process are encouraged to reach out to the firm’s Eastchester, New York office for formal consultation.
