VPN Proxy Master scales desktop infrastructure with city-level servers

Moving beyond broad country-level coverage, VPN Proxy Master has upgraded its desktop network with 62 new server locations. The expansion, powered by Singapore-based SECUREGUARD GROUP, focuses on granular regional depth across Windows and Mac platforms, allowing users to select specific city connections in 105 countries worldwide.

The most significant gains are concentrated on the Windows platform, which saw a 40.5% increase in server availability. Locations grew from 116 to 163, while the number of supported countries rose from 94 to 105. This infrastructure shift targets regions across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas, introducing specific nodes in cities like Frankfurt, Kyiv, Osaka, and Luanda.

In the United States, the service has implemented a localized strategy, adding connection points in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Honolulu, Las Vegas, Salt Lake City, and Washington. This emphasis on domestic density is designed to improve performance for remote work and localized browsing, moving away from the limitations of national-level routing.

Streaming capabilities for Windows users have also seen a sharp increase, with dedicated connections jumping by 47.5% to 118 locations. Mac users receive a smaller but notable boost, with their total server count reaching 169 across 105 countries. According to the company, these upgrades serve as a response to evolving user demand for more precise geographic connectivity rather than simple list-based expansion.
