Software Mind Telco Days 2026 Focuses on Agentic AI and Network Security

With over 300 telecom leaders surveyed on the gap between AI experimentation and production, Software Mind’s Telco Days 2026 conference aims to shift the industry toward autonomous, secure networks. The November 6 event features insights from Telefónica, Amdocs, and IBM, moving beyond theory into the risks of agentic infrastructure.

The conference, titled "Roadmap to Agentic AI and Safer Networks," addresses why many AI pilots stall before reaching commercial scale. Jason Bryan of ROCCO will lead the discussion on "Hype vs. Reality," presenting data from industry executives on which AI use cases actually deliver measurable returns. The agenda includes a keynote from University of Warsaw physicist Andrzej Dragan, who will examine the theoretical limits of machine intelligence.

Technical sessions will highlight the dual nature of generative AI in SMS channels, demonstrating how it serves as both a fraud tool and a defensive shield. Software Mind intends to unveil its Amplitiv Signaling Firewall roadmap, while Telefónica and Tallence will share a case study on transforming charging models through nearshore delivery. Amdocs and Alianza are set to discuss BSS platform monetization and network-orchestrated voice AI, respectively. Dawid Mielnik, Telecom General Manager at Software Mind, emphasized that agentic AI in telecommunications must prioritize network understanding over mere language processing to mitigate risks to service quality and customer trust. The full-day event runs from 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. CET, with all sessions recorded for on-demand access.
