The new tool functions by bridging data silos, allowing users to move beyond traditional, multi-screen searches. By asking specific questions—such as identifying a subject based on a physical description and associated weapon tags—officers can instantly surface connections between people, addresses, and vehicles. The system is designed to reduce tasks that once spanned days into mere seconds, freeing personnel to return to high-priority field operations.

Caliber Public Safety Launches OneView to Automate Investigative Searches
Investigators typically spend hours manually cross-referencing suspects, vehicles, and incident reports across fragmented databases. North Little Rock-based Caliber Public Safety has introduced OneView, an add-on for its Online RMS platform that enables officers to query agency records using plain-English questions to accelerate case closures and administrative reporting.

Beyond investigative utility, the platform provides command staff with real-time department statistics, including call volumes and citation trends by unit. Security remains a central focus, as the software adheres to existing RMS authorization levels and logs all search activity within the agency’s private cloud. According to Matt Watson, Vice President of Research & Development, the goal is to stop officers from acting as data miners, providing them instead with a tool that performs necessary cross-referencing automatically. The software is currently available for existing Caliber Online RMS customers.
