A group of eight veteran financial advisors has launched Perennial Wealth Partners in Chicago, establishing a new independent practice under the Integrated Partners umbrella. Perennial Wealth Partners Debuts With $500 Million in Managed Assets

The firm’s founding partners—Ben Audley, Sam Awad, Greg Bogdan, Kurt Helmich, Michael Im, Mary Beth McLean, Brady Peat, and Carrie Shoener—have spent years working together at major financial institutions. By transitioning to an independent model, they intend to leverage the open-architecture platform provided by Integrated Partners, which acts as the practice's registered investment advisor. This structure grants them access to specialized back-office support, proprietary technology, and a CPA partner program.

Perennial positions itself as a central coordinator for a client’s entire financial life, integrating tax planning, estate strategy, and investment management. Chairman Greg Bogdan noted that the practice name reflects a commitment to long-term stability, specifically targeting clients such as business owners and women seeking a more active role in their financial decision-making. The firm officially opened its doors in July 2026, focusing on maintaining deep, multi-generational relationships rather than pursuing transient market trends.
