Aya Gold & Silver Hits Record Output at Moroccan Zgounder Mine
The Zgounder mine in Morocco produced 1.5 million ounces of silver during the third quarter, an 11% jump over the same period last year. This surge places the Canadian miner firmly on schedule to meet its aggressive annual production targets as it ramps up operations at its key sites.

President and Chief Executive Benoit La Salle confirmed the company remains on track to achieve its 2026 production guidance. Aya Gold & Silver previously forecast that total output for this year will land between 6.2 million and 6.8 million silver-equivalent ounces, with the Zgounder mine expected to provide the bulk of that volume. This performance follows a 2025 output of 5 million silver-equivalent ounces.
