Ploti Launches AI-Native Real Estate Data Layer

Winter Garden-based startup Ploti is dismantling the legacy real estate data market by deploying autonomous agents to scrape, verify, and index government records. By shifting from manual collection to machine-led acquisition, the platform allows AI assistants to query zoning, permits, and ownership data directly through the Model Context Protocol.

Ploti Launches AI-Native Real Estate Data Layer

For decades, the real estate industry relied on a handful of incumbent providers that charged millions for access to localized records. This model, designed for human analysts, proved inefficient for the rise of AI agents. Ploti replaces this labor-intensive process with proprietary agents that navigate GIS servers, permit portals, and meeting archives to compile and maintain datasets automatically.

The company currently tracks 57,818 local datasets across 40 states. By automating the extraction process, Ploti reduces costs significantly, offering subscription tiers starting at $50 per county. According to CEO Brennen Fountain, the shift allows firms of all sizes to access high-fidelity data previously reserved for the largest institutional players. CTO Denielle Abaquita noted that the system is engineered to bridge the gap between fragmented local government records and modern software requirements, ensuring every query is traceable to its original source.

Integration is built around the Model Context Protocol, allowing tools like Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini to connect to the data layer within minutes. This infrastructure enables complex tasks, such as reconstructing two decades of rezoning votes from over 1,800 documents in mere days, providing a level of research speed that traditional platforms cannot match.
