The program, which launched two decades ago, has now supported 210 female leaders who turn personal challenges into community-driven solutions. Laura Branik, President of L'Oréal Paris USA, described the initiative as the brand's beating heart, emphasizing that the grants provide the necessary resources for founders to amplify their impact. Actress and activist Kristen Bell joined the announcement as the brand's newest global ambassador, highlighting the ripple effect these women create by converting individual passion into systemic change.

Working alongside the nonprofit partner Points of Light, the 2026 cohort includes Amanda Rice of The Chick Mission, Arielle Galinsky of The Legacy Project, Chanel Power of Mentor Me Collective, Christie Brungardt of Jana's Campaign, and Christy Vogel of Sounding Joy. The group also features Emily Cho of Juvie for STEM, Jordan Pine of Greenlight Operation, Marisa Hamamoto of Infinite Flow Dance, Maya Bird-Murphy of Mobile Makers Chicago, and Vy Le of WhereWear. These leaders represent a diverse cross-section of social advocacy, addressing workforce equity, disability inclusion, and educational access across the United States.
