Broadwing Capital Recognized Among Top Private Equity Workplaces

Dallas-based Broadwing Capital has earned an Honorable Mention in Mergers & Acquisitions' 2026 Best Places to Work in Private Equity rankings. The firm stands as the only Dallas-headquartered entity and one of just two Texas participants to secure a spot in this year’s list of industry leaders.

Broadwing Capital Recognized Among Top Private Equity Workplaces

The award, now in its fourth year, evaluates firms based on workplace culture, professional development, and responsiveness to shifting employee needs. Broadwing’s inclusion follows the final close of its inaugural institutional fund, which reached $465 million—surpassing its original $350 million target. This capital supports the firm's focus on lower middle-market manufacturing and service companies.

Eliot Kerlin, Jr., Co-Founder and Managing Partner, noted that the recognition validates the firm’s internal mission. He emphasized that the team’s growth is central to their strategy of becoming a trusted partner for founder-led businesses. Broadwing currently manages over $700 million in regulatory assets and has completed six platform investments through its first fund, targeting sectors such as niche manufacturing, specialty distribution, and facility services.
