The system allows treasury staff to execute complex workflows using natural language commands, ensuring human oversight remains the final authority for every transaction and facility amendment.
For over five years, Centalion relied on Komgo’s digital infrastructure to manage off-balance sheet instruments. Despite this digitization, staff remained bogged down by manual tasks—navigating multiple systems, validating data, and tracking status updates. The new AI agent addresses this by operating within Centalion’s cloud environment, bridging large language models with specific business rules and structured treasury workflows.
The deployment utilizes Komgo’s Model Context Protocol connector, which enables secure interaction with existing trade finance infrastructure without requiring costly point-to-point integrations. This setup keeps the orchestration logic under Centalion’s control while automating the heavy lifting of document preparation.
