The Board of Directors approved the plan on September 30, outlining a transition that positions the Dominican Republic as the company’s primary strategic market. To support this growth, CLERHP has secured $56 million in financing, split between $22 million in bonds and $33 million in private debt, while maintaining a $13 million cash position.
The strategy rests on five core pillars: engineering, structural construction, project management, real estate development, and integrated services. By expanding into maintenance, equipment, and rental management for its own and third-party developments like Marelago, the firm aims to capture a larger share of the property lifecycle. This operational shift is expected to generate $252 million in EBITDA, with the bulk of that figure—$224 million—derived directly from real estate activities.
