Arlington Brewing Company Breaks Ground on Permanent Home

Construction crews have officially broken ground at 15 Ryder Street, marking a transition for Arlington Brewing Company from a nomad operation to a permanent fixture in the community. The brewery, which earned international acclaim earlier this year, is partnering with the Haynes Group to finalize the facility by Spring 2027.

The new site aims to serve as a destination for the local area, incorporating a full-service kitchen, a dedicated taproom, and an outdoor beer garden. For Tom Allen, the company’s president and head brewer, the move is the culmination of two years of planning. Since founding the label in 2021, Allen has managed production without a physical storefront, relying on the quality of his IPAs, lagers, and British ales to build a reputation.

The project arrives following a significant milestone for the firm: a Gold medal at the 2026 World Beer Cup for its Trafford Ale. The construction team, Haynes Group, brings 25 years of commercial management experience to the build. With the foundation now underway, the partners expect the facility to host its first patrons in the spring, offering a permanent venue for the brewery's rotating seasonal lineup and live music events.
