The rating process scrutinized 14 specific categories, including leadership, onboarding, and professional development. Keesler Federal distinguished itself through high rates of internal promotion and long-term staff tenure, metrics that indicate a stable and growth-oriented work environment. Andrew Swoger, President and CEO, noted that the organization’s success remains tied to the trust employees build with members. Catherine Shutts, Chief People Officer, added that the goal is to provide a career trajectory rather than a transactional job, emphasizing the importance of employee voice and recognition.
