The offering includes 4.7 million shares, exceeding the 3.88 million figure suggested in filings from last week. This move follows a strategic pivot in June, when the company redomiciled from Australia to the United States. Leadership cited this transition as a vital step toward securing classified U.S. military contracts and accessing a deeper pool of capital. While the firm maintains its Australian Securities Exchange listing through CHESS Depositary Interests, the Nasdaq debut marks a significant shift in its geographic and operational focus. Financial momentum supports the expansion, with revenue climbing to 18.1 million Australian dollars for the fiscal year ended June 30, a sharp increase from the 3.8 million Australian dollars reported the previous year.
