Sweden Clears Sectra Stationary Phone for Secret-Level Communication

The stationary unit joins the existing Sectra Tiger/S product family, which already includes mobile hardware approved by NATO, the EU, and national security bodies for the same classification level. By integrating the new desktop device into the existing infrastructure, officials can now facilitate point-to-point secure conference calls between stationary offices and mobile personnel in the field.

Magnus Skogberg, President of Sectra Communications, noted that the certification confirms the hardware meets rigorous protection standards designed to withstand technological advancements for the next 30 to 40 years. The system is engineered to provide high-quality audio in critical environments, allowing multiple users in a single room to participate in sensitive discussions without compromising data integrity.
