By converting technical CAD files into immersive models, Shivoo Studios allows users to inspect the Certified O-Pile Fabrication System at scale without requiring physical access to the heavy equipment. This shift from static product imagery to interactive 3D visualization aims to solve the logistical hurdles inherent in selling massive industrial hardware, where traditional photos often fail to convey operational mechanics.

Shivoo Studios Turns Massive Sheet Pile Machinery into Pocket-Sized AR
“It’s like having a 20,000-pound machine in your pocket,” says Roberto Wendt, CEO of Sheet Pile LLC, describing a new collaboration with Shivoo Studios. The partnership leverages augmented reality to turn complex industrial fabrication systems and steel pile products into interactive, mobile-ready experiences for engineers and contractors.

Beyond the machinery itself, the collaboration introduces a web-based comparison tool that functions on standard smartphones and tablets. Contractors and engineers can now place different sheet pile configurations side-by-side in their actual work environments to evaluate geometry and scale. According to Shivoo Studios CEO Sterling Youngman, the technology fundamentally changes the sales process by making the product the experience. The strategy has already yielded tangible results, with the increased visibility of the fabrication system helping to secure orders for additional units currently in production.
