FIC Global Launches Johor Manufacturing Hub to Anchor Regional Strategy
FIC Global Inc. has officially inaugurated its PRO3C manufacturing facility in Johor’s i-Park @ Senai Airport City, signaling a transition from planning to full-scale operations. The site serves as the manufacturing cornerstone of the company’s new cross-border strategy linking Malaysian production with future innovation hubs in Singapore.

This expansion is central to FICG's "Johor–Singapore Twinning Strategy." Under this model, the Johor site manages engineering execution and volume manufacturing, while a planned center in Singapore will focus on global supply chain management and R&D. Chairman Leo Chien described the move as a shift toward integrated regional competitiveness, aiming to leverage Singapore’s international connectivity alongside Malaysia’s manufacturing capacity. The company expects its combined operations across the two locations to eventually support a workforce exceeding 1,000 employees, supported by partnerships with JTC Corporation and UOB to facilitate regional growth.
