Curaleaf Shifts Gettysburg Operations to New York, Pennsylvania Site
Curaleaf Holdings is shuttering its Gettysburg dispensary to launch a new location at 1513 N. George Street in York, Pennsylvania. The move, effective October 15, maintains the company’s statewide count at 18 locations and its national footprint at 189 dispensaries, targeting improved access for the county’s 456,000 residents.

Boris Jordan, Chairman and CEO of Curaleaf, framed the relocation as a commitment to local patient care. The company scheduled a soft opening for 1:00 p.m. on October 15, with a public grand opening event to follow on October 23. This celebration will include on-site activations, food trucks, and promotional giveaways for medical cardholders. Regular operations will run Monday through Saturday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
