The new Warrenton office provides a larger, modernized environment for the same medical teams currently serving the area. By consolidating hematology, medical oncology, and supportive care under one roof, the practice seeks to minimize travel requirements for local patients. Executive Director Ann Miner noted that the investment reflects a broader strategy to anchor advanced cancer services directly within the community.

Virginia Cancer Specialists Expands Oncology Hub in Warrenton
Patients in Fauquier County will gain access to an expanded oncology facility starting November 9, 2026, as Virginia Cancer Specialists moves to a larger site at 410 Rosedale Court. The relocation aims to accommodate rising demand for integrated cancer care while establishing a new base for regional clinical research trials.

Beyond immediate clinical needs, the facility is slated to become a significant center for innovation. Beginning in 2027, the site will integrate into the practice’s broader research program, facilitating local participation in clinical trials and granting patients earlier access to emerging therapies. Dr. Jey A. Maran, practice president, emphasized that the expansion serves as a bridge between current treatment standards and future medical breakthroughs. The practice currently holds the top ranking for cancer care in the Commonwealth according to Castle Connolly, and this move reinforces its commitment to maintaining specialized, community-based oncology services in Northern Virginia.
