At the Tap & Pour restaurant in Terminal 2, the menu now features a Brekki Burger topped with a fried egg and sriracha ketchup, alongside Steak Frites served with chimichurri and truffle fries. These items are part of a broader refresh across airport eateries, which now include options like Hot Honey breakfast bagels, Carne Asada tacos, and totchos. Tony Corona, SSP America’s director of operations at ONT, noted that the new dishes were developed through staff collaboration and regional chef support to ensure fresh, high-quality preparation on-site.

Ontario International Airport Expands Dining and Cocktail Offerings
Travelers passing through Ontario International Airport have new culinary options this fall, as terminal restaurants and lounges unveil updated menus and celebratory cocktails. The additions, managed by SSP America and Aspire, aim to enhance the passenger experience while marking the airport’s decade of local control.

Simultaneously, the airport’s Aspire Lounges are celebrating the 10th anniversary of local control with a trio of specialty cocktails available through November. Drinks such as the rum-based ONTo Bluer Skies and the vodka-infused Decade in Bloom are designed to provide a distinct sense of place for departing passengers. Penn Jones, senior manager of tenant relations, emphasized that these investments in food and beverage service are intended to make airport visits more memorable for travelers moving through the Inland Empire hub.
