Zello Health Targets US Market with Turnkey Onsite Medical Model

Building an onsite medical clinic typically forces employers to juggle architects, contractors, and staffing firms, often leaving clinical accountability fragmented. Zello Health is entering the U.S. market to consolidate this entire lifecycle—from initial site risk assessment and construction to physician-led governance—under a single contract and clinical standard.

Zello Health Targets US Market with Turnkey Onsite Medical Model

The Houston-based expansion, led by Zello USA Inc., aims to solve the industry-wide struggle of measuring service delivery across distributed workforces. By managing the full spectrum of facility operations, the group targets high-stakes sectors including data center construction, energy, and industrial operations. Rather than acting as a consultant, Zello integrates its own team with local partners such as Mediprise, Workplace Safety Screenings, and Grayson Risk Consulting to maintain operational control.

Founder and CEO Andrew Hames emphasizes that the model is built on direct accountability, a strategy the company refined while operating in humanitarian and high-risk environments globally. Dr. Bill Martin, who supports the firm’s strategic development, noted that American employers currently lack a unified way to govern occupational health services. By embedding clinical governance directly into the facility management process, Zello intends to shift the focus from mere service provision to measurable health outcomes for large-scale distributed workforces.
