AidFinder Clears FedRAMP Hurdles in Record 37-Day Sprint

AidFinder Clears FedRAMP Hurdles in Record 37-Day Sprint

The current disaster relief landscape forces survivors to navigate a labyrinth of federal, state, and private programs, each demanding repetitive documentation and distinct eligibility filings. AidFinder seeks to resolve this by allowing users to input their information once. An AI agent then populates applications directly on the respective agency websites, ensuring human oversight at every step of the submission process.

CEO Jonathon Nostrant developed the platform following his own experience during the Palisades Fire, where he acted as his own case manager to coordinate aid between FEMA, the Small Business Administration, and private insurers. By integrating with existing government infrastructure, the platform offers a state-branded portal that tracks a survivor's recovery journey from initial application to final aid disbursement. Former FEMA Administrator and AidFinder advisor Craig Fugate noted that the certification allows states to prioritize the survivor's needs within a secure, government-grade environment.

While traditional FedRAMP authorization often spans several years, Knox Systems utilizes an accelerated model by hosting clients within an already-certified boundary. AidFinder’s engineering team, composed of talent from MIT and Silicon Valley, designed the platform to meet these rigorous standards from its inception, enabling the rapid 37-day turnaround.
