The integration connects COMPASS’s analytical engine to the Procore platform, enabling users to view the "Q Score"—a specialized construction credit rating—without toggling between disparate systems. Subcontractors generate a single, verified profile covering operational, financial, and insurance metrics, which they can share across the network of over 150,000 existing participants. By centralizing this data, the system allows risk teams to establish specific benchmarks while project teams view real-time qualification results during the bidding process.

Procore Integrates COMPASS to Standardize Subcontractor Risk Analysis
Construction management giant Procore Technologies has designated COMPASS as its preferred subcontractor prequalification solution, aiming to replace manual, static paperwork with automated risk intelligence. The partnership introduces "Prequal for All," allowing general contractors to access standardized financial and safety data directly within their existing project management workflows.

This collaboration leverages the Model Context Protocol to facilitate information sharing between platforms. Bespoke Metrics and Procore plan to expand this capability later this year with an agentic AI tool designed to monitor subcontractor status from initial bid through project award. According to Michael Ho, CEO of Bespoke Metrics, the shift addresses a long-standing industry inefficiency, moving construction vetting closer to the standardized credit-scoring models used in traditional lending.
