Rebecca Wilson Joins Calibre One to Lead Global Real Estate Practice
Executive search veteran Rebecca Wilson has joined Calibre One as a Partner in its New York office. She will co-lead the firm’s Global Real Estate practice alongside Managing Partner David Schumer, leveraging a career that spans leadership roles at Citibank, HSBC, and her own strategy consulting firm.
Her career path includes senior positions at First USA Bank, Bank One, and Lehman Brothers, followed by the founding of her own consultancy. An alumna of the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business, Wilson also holds a degree from Stony Brook University. She will now focus on building leadership teams for domestic and international clients, emphasizing the cultural alignment required for long-term executive success at Calibre One.
