EquipmentShare Stock Jumps After Revenue Forecast Hike

Investors pushed EquipmentShare.com shares up 6.1% to $14.41 on Monday after the construction-equipment rental firm significantly boosted its full-year revenue guidance. The upward revision, which outpaced analyst expectations, follows a challenging period for the company, whose stock value has plummeted by more than 50% since the start of the year.

EquipmentShare Stock Jumps After Revenue Forecast Hike

The company now projects total revenue between $5.81 billion and $6.05 billion, a sharp increase from its previous target of $5.25 billion to $5.68 billion. This updated outlook comfortably exceeds the $5.58 billion consensus estimate held by analysts polled by FactSet.

Chief Executive Jabbok Schlacks attributed the optimism to sustained customer demand and high fleet utilization rates across the company’s network. He noted that maturing rental locations are driving growth, providing a stable foundation even as the company works to recover its year-to-date market losses.
