The performance of Gameloft remains the primary engine for the group's recent momentum. In the third quarter, the gaming division recorded a 6.1% revenue increase at constant currency, with the PC and console segment now accounting for 49% of its total output. Top-selling titles, including Disney Dreamlight Valley and Asphalt Legends, drove the majority of this volume, providing a solid foundation for the upcoming holiday quarter.

Vivendi Third Quarter Revenue Climbs on Gameloft Performance
Vivendi reported a 13.8% jump in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, reaching EUR 77 million. This growth, supported by the strategic pivot of its gaming subsidiary Gameloft toward PC and console titles, allowed the company to accelerate debt reduction efforts and trim its bilateral financing agreements.

Beyond operations, the company focused on strengthening its balance sheet. Financial net debt fell to EUR 1,279 million by the end of September, down from EUR 1,591 million in June. This deleveraging was bolstered by a partial loan repayment from Lagardère and an early repayment of EUR 250 million on Vivendi’s own structured financing debt. While the broader investment portfolio saw a valuation decline—largely tied to the shifting share price of Universal Music Group—the group maintains that its current asset strategy is designed to navigate ongoing market volatility and regulatory scrutiny regarding its acquisition of Lagardère.
