Revenue reached $1.89 billion for the period, bolstered by a 5.7% organic revenue increase in the firm's international pest division and a 2.4% gain within its North American operations. Management affirmed that full-year profits remain on track to meet market expectations, signaling stability following the leadership transition to CEO Mike Duffy in March. RBC Capital Markets analyst Andrew Brooke noted that the latest figures suggest early operational improvements in customer retention and lead generation.

Amid these positive indicators, the company faces an upcoming leadership gap in its finance department. Chief Financial Officer Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson will retire at the end of January, citing family health reasons. Financial controller Sarah Sergeant is slated to step into the role on an interim basis if a permanent successor is not appointed before his departure.
