The revised expansion plan promises to generate 3,750 full-time positions, a notable increase from the 2,500 jobs initially projected when the company first announced the $450 million investment. By scaling up the capital commitment, the manufacturer intends to maximize the output capacity of its upcoming Will County sites.

Chief Executive Sean Kenney pointed to the regional labor pool as a primary driver for the decision, noting that the move underscores the company's commitment to its long-term U.S. operations.
