Swarmer Acquires Vataga Drone Assets and Key Personnel

Vataga CEO Maksym Melnyk will transition to the role of vice president of hardware, reporting directly to Swarmer U.S. CEO Alex Fink. While this shift bolsters Swarmer’s internal capacity for full-stack defense solutions, Vataga will remain an active, independent manufacturer. Both companies have withheld the financial specifics of the transaction. For Swarmer, the move represents a strategic effort to bring battle-tested technology under its own roof, prioritizing the rapid scaling of drone swarms for active deployment.
