Visteon CFO Jerome Rouquet to Step Down

Jerome Rouquet will vacate his role as chief financial officer of Visteon at the end of November. The executive is leaving the automotive electronics supplier to pursue professional opportunities elsewhere, prompting the company to initiate an immediate search for a permanent successor to lead its financial operations.

Colleen Myers, the firm’s current chief accounting officer, will transition into the role of interim CFO upon Rouquet’s departure. The company confirmed the leadership shift on Wednesday, marking a significant change in its executive suite as it seeks a long-term replacement.
