The company’s growth was anchored by record-breaking sales of Dupixent, its flagship treatment for conditions including asthma and eczema. Gains were further bolstered by the performance of the eye medicine Eylea HD and the cancer immunotherapy drug Libtayo. Chief Executive Leonard Schleifer confirmed that each of these products reached new sales milestones during the quarter.

Profitability metrics mirrored this upward trajectory, with quarterly earnings reaching $1.95 billion, or $18.45 per share, up from $1.46 billion in the same period last year. Adjusted earnings per share hit $20.07, significantly outpacing the $16.42 consensus among analysts polled by FactSet. Looking ahead, Regeneron adjusted its full-year capital expenditure forecast to a range of $1.05 billion to $1.1 billion.

Beyond current commercial products, the company is managing a pipeline of approximately 50 candidates, spanning treatments for obesity, lymphoma, and multiple myeloma. Investors are now looking toward next month, when the Food and Drug Administration is expected to issue a decision regarding the company's candidate cemdisiran for generalized myasthenia gravis.
