OpenAI Plans PR Pivot to Rebrand Data Centers as Compute Campuses

Chris Lehane, OpenAI’s chief global affairs officer, signaled that the company intends to influence upcoming policy debates by advocating for national AI speed limits and the establishment of global development standards. These efforts arrive as the industry faces increasing scrutiny over the environmental and social impacts of its physical footprint.
