Maritime Launch Services Moves to Toronto Stock Exchange

After closing its final session on Cboe Canada this Monday, Nova Scotia-based Maritime Launch Services is set to debut on the Toronto Stock Exchange this Tuesday. The transition marks a strategic pivot for the commercial space firm as it scales operations at its flagship orbital launch facility.

Maritime Launch Services Moves to Toronto Stock Exchange

Chief Executive Stephen Matier described the move as a major milestone for the company’s growth. By securing a listing on Canada’s primary exchange, Maritime Launch Services aims to increase its visibility and strengthen connections with a broader base of institutional and retail investors. This transition follows a year of expansion, highlighted by a 10 million Canadian dollar investment from the robotics and satellite systems firm MDA Space.

The capital infusion and upgraded market presence arrive as the company continues development of Spaceport Nova Scotia. Positioned as the country’s first commercial orbital launch complex, the site is designed to provide end-to-end satellite launch services for both domestic and international clients. With the shift to the Toronto exchange now finalized, the company prepares to leverage its new platform to support the facility's ongoing operational requirements.
